There is no way in hell that a judge would compliment anyone on that pile of papers which are totally irrelevant to my behaviour and that makes a Tribunal claim look simple. If you have a good case - you do not need ten 200 paragraph affidavits. The end.
I said it before - and i will say it again - None of their "evidence" against me was taken from their Facebook pages or their blogs - because i have never paid attention to or watched what they are doing online. I do not care about them and only wish they would return the favour.
Every single thing that has occurred over the last 18 months - occurred because they refused to leave me alone and came to my blog and my facebook page - to harass me.

great so many more ruined reputations to come.... hope those people who had the balls to take you on come out on top, there will be a sigh of relief from so many people and families you have hurt with your nastiness
Jackie, do you have any idea what happened at Thursday's hearing against you?
The word from FB is that the judge realised he'd sentenced you part way through so had to withdraw.
The word from FB is its 10am Tuesday with the same judge who pinged the Whale for name suppression.
B - It got put off until next week.
I think a judge would have taken a look at the incompetent pile of papers in front of him and realised that he had not set aside enough time for it.
A lawyer that i know laughed when he saw the pile and said that even Waitangi Tribunal claims that have evidence going back 150 years do not use that much paper.
The facts are though - that it would be a very brave judge that did not rule in their favour. Most of the "evidence" relates to someone's 20 year psychiatric history and he has to think about what she might do if she loses.
That is what it all boils down to.
Arm someone with a free lawyer and a twenty year history of being the "victim" and you get a very dangerous weapon to use against anyone that you do not like.
I am now publishing every single nasty comment that is made on my blog - and not responding to them - just to show what i have had to put up with for the last 18 months.
I should have always done that - rather than just trying to be the bigger person and ignore it. Sometimes i failed and responded to her. The majority of the time though - i succeeded and just rose above it.
I never used to understand the impact that stalkers can have on their victim's lives. I used to think - why don't people just ignore them...what is the big deal...
I now have a new empathy for anyone who has been the victim of stalking. The physical and mental strain that having someone who you do not want in your life be obsessed with you and going to any length in order to make that obsession known to you and to hurt your life is awful.
I am moving on from this issue. Like i said - i have a ton of good in my life and these people are not any of that good.
I refuse to give this any more of my time or attention. That woman does not get one more second of my life - which is all i have wanted for the past 18 months.
I have made it very clear that i would like to move on from this issue and focus on the happy and positive that is going on in my life and i request - again - to those people and their friends that if you would like to carry this on - please do it on your own corners of the internet.
That is all i have asked for - for the past 18 months. I do not read their blogs. I do not create fake Facebook profiles to watch them or see what they are saying about me. I do not care about them - or their friends and for once in the past 18 months i would appreciate the same respect in return.
If they had shown an ounce of maturity, or self respect over the last 18 months and stopped obsessing over everything i was doing and just accepted that i did not want them in my life - there would be no issue today.
Everything that has happened - has happened because they came to me - my facebook page and my blog - to harass me.
Not one thing in their so called evidence was me on THEIR Facebook page or blogs.
Think about it.
Leave. Me. Alone.
The word from FB is that the judge was complimentary of the way the pile of papers was put together and recognised that the quantity of pages was a direct result of the amount of blog posts you'd written.
You gonna defend yourself this time?

Honestly - you people are pathetic.
Why do you think that that ip is the lawyer involved, because a first name that happens to be the same name of one of the parties showed up in a file name where someone saved something from your blog that had that persons name in it?. Don't you think that is a bit of a leap to assume it is therefore that persons lawyer? A bit paranoid maybe?

I am sure that there are lots of people out there that name their computer "Madeleine" who have visited my blog 57 times since yesterday morning, who just happen to claim to have "heard" on FB how wonderful she is.
